At Aushealth Physiotherapy, we have integrated a ‘Clinical Pilates’ programme to help improve your body awareness, keep your joints healthy and move pain-free in good postural alignment.

This 1:1 programme is a great stepping stone to get into class based Pilates, particularly if you are new to Pilates or if you have suffered with back, hip, shoulder or neck pain in the past. We will ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly and safely and then guide you towards a class environment if that is what you are interested in.
