What are your opening hours?
Our Centre is open from 7am to 7pm Mon-Fri and 8am to 2pm Sat. Appointments are available every 30 mins.
What is an assessment consultation?
The assessment consultation is where we spend the time diagnosing your condition, understanding your goals, treating to relieve symptoms, determining your prognosis and setting out your plan. Allow yourself approximately one hour
Of course sometimes your assessment appointment is urgent due to a sudden or recent injury and we will accommodate this to get you the best and earliest care possible. We have the expert opinion that early intervention in almost ALL injuries is crucial.
What is a subsequent consultation?
In the subsequent consultation we will re-assess your condition and symptoms and see how you’re progressing towards your goal. We will provide expert treatment to progress that along and make sure you are sticking with your plan and achieving your goals as expected. Allow yourself 30 to 45 minutes
What to bring to the appointment?
It is important to bring with you all X-Rays, CT scans, Ultrasounds or MRI’s if you have had any, both old and recent relating to current injury on your assessment consultation. Also it is a good idea to bring along clothing which allows us to assess you appropriately – shorts, singlets, sports bras and loose clothing are recommended

Discounts apply to people who are members or participants with our community partners shown below. Email us with your details to let us know what your physio session will cost.
Do you bulk bill compensable consultations?
Yes we bill the workcover provider, approved employers, DVA, injurynet or CTP insurer directly. We need you to bring along the details for the insurance company or compensable body ASAP.
If you are on an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program we can assist you with claiming your medicare rebate on the spot
We can also assist with sport insurance claims in most cases but you will genrally have to pay for these upfront and be reimbursed
Do I need a referral?
Short answer NO. If you wish to claim your injury through CTP, medicare or WorkCover then you will need a referral from your GP.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $80 no show fee.
If you are late for your appointment and unable to be seen you will be charged a $40 fee when you reschedule, else a no-show fee will apply.
Emergencies and written instruction from medical practitioners not to attend will see the fee waived
