Katrina graduated from Auckland University of Technology (NZ) with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Physiotherapy. With over 12 years’ experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, Katrina is committed to achieving optimal health and wellbeing with each client.

She has a passion for educating and training the body to perform at its best which she does through Physiotherapy musculoskeletal hands-on treatments and retraining programs.

Katrina’s years of clinical experience have led her to work with a large range of clients, injuries and conditions, in many places including Sydney, London and Auckland.

Over the years, she has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinics in both the private and public sectors,  incorporating bio-mechanical assessments and various manual techniques. With a long list of ongoing education, she uses a vast range of skills including the Sarah Keys method (for spinal pathologies), dry needling, clinical Pilates, woman’s health and analysis of lower limb biomechanics. Combining hands on treatment with tailored exercise programs Katrina gets her patients back to full function. Although highly practised and passionate in the treatment of spinal conditions Katrina also has a particular interest in hip and pelvic and lower limb conditions and loves helping people return to pre injury function.

When her spare time is not being taken up running around after her three young children,  she enjoys staying fit with a mixture of running and  going to the gym and netball.
